Booked an appointment for 9 am service , was told will take 2 hours , called back at 12;30, is not ready , called back at 1, told us need another hour and half to get it done . Basically the car was not even in the shop yet . My husband was furious about it , when he told the service advisor Melissa we need to go a wedding at 3, her respond was “ you never tell me about it “ and no apologize, no sorry , it’s like is our fault that the car didn’t get done in 2 hours . Attitude from the new service advisor sucks . Dealing with this dealer since they open , use to be excellent service , but the last 2 times dealing with Melissa , has nothing good to say about her . She has absolutely no customer service skills .
