Purchased a new Infiniti QX60 in October—my second QX60 because I loved my 2013 model. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing like the first.
Less than a year in, I’m dealing with minor issues. We’ve made one visit already and then had to make another appointment. Two days for the parts to come in was what we were told and weeks later no call back, Still no response, no callback, and no solution.
For a luxury brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I gave Infiniti South the benefit of the doubt despite a less-than-stellar first impression during my purchase. Big mistake.
I expected better from both the product and the dealership. At this point, Infiniti may no longer even be a consideration for me in the future.
Do better, Infiniti.
