I’ve been a long-time customer of Hyatt Infiniti, and it’s safe to say my car has had more than its fair share of issues over the years. Through it all, Steve in the service department has been an incred it’s safe to say my car has had more than its fair share of issues over the years. Through it all, Steve in the service department has been an incredible support. He consistently goes above and beyond to help, always treating me with kindness, fairness, and professionalism. Having to get your car fixed is rarely a pleasant experience, but Steve truly makes it so much better. His thoughtful approach and dedication never go unnoticed.
