As a long standing reoccurring client with Infiniti I am very disappointed to see that the recent vehicle 2025 I purchased less than a year ago go has been discounted 10,000 off for the same model and year 2025 brand new. I have a 2025 qx55 sensory trim package. So if I ever wanted to trade it in right off the bat I lost 10,000 in less than a year plus the depreciation on my vehicle. I am very upset about this and based on this I will no longer deal with Infiniti. My lease is up in another 1.5 years and I will be handing the keys to Infiniti and walking away. I can understand depreciation of a vehicle but to turn around and discount a vehicle that much in less than a year is not only terrible but also screams financial difficulty. Way to go Infiniti. The promotion I am referring to is in Alberta. They did it for Aug and now Sept 2025. From my understanding it is also on other models including the new designed Qx80 and the discount is 12,000. if you don’t take 10000 off you get 0% financing but to me it’s all relevant and works out that you still get the discount. I bought an Infiniti qx 70 last august I dealt with a business manager named Courtney. When she couldn’t up sell on me on useless extras for the car that’s when she turned ignorant because she didn’t make her commission. She never answered my calls or responded to my multiple messages I left on her voicemail these people cared less about me because I payed cash so there weren’t making any extra money on top of the vehicle sale. I was very disappointed with how they treated me especially for a so called high end dealership and will never shop go auto again I don’t know if these people were racist against me but it sure showed by how they treated me.
