Needed my transmission rebuilt and Zender Ford went above and beyond to get me back on the road again! Wrench light came on in my pickup, but I was able to drive it into Zender Ford, talked to Charlie, and h and beyond to get me back on the road again! Wrench light came on in my pickup, but I was able to drive it into Zender Ford, talked to Charlie, and he took it from there! I was told the technician that was working on it knew Ford 10-speed transmissions inside and out. Zender Ford had my pickup on Thursday morning and I was back on the road by the next Tuesday afternoon. If I’m in the area and run into trouble again and I need advice, Zender Ford will be my first choice! Thanks a lot everyone! Much appreciated! More

Me to say my running boards was not covered and I had to pay $165 plus labor plus grease which was another 39 dollars , I had a very high bill time I was finish ... I called the ford company in Toronto and explain they said yes I was covered , but nothing they could do for me cause my truck was out of the shop and paid for ,,, my point is why pay for warranty when you have dealers out there like zender ford who I out there to get your money .. guys don’t go and buy from those people they are there to take your money not to help you . My rant for the day .. they will never get another bet of work from me again goood luck More

Service Department Experience! My 2015 Ford F150 truck had a leak on the passenger cab mount. As soon as I drove into the service lane Darian greeted me very politely and wanted to My 2015 Ford F150 truck had a leak on the passenger cab mount. As soon as I drove into the service lane Darian greeted me very politely and wanted to help. She passed me on to Robert when she realized he was the one who I really needed to see. He was very busy, yet was never impatient or rushed when dealing with me. In the end, I saw who I needed to see, the part has been ordered and I will be called when it can be fixed. This whole experience took less than 10 minutes (the place was very busy). I was asked politely if I needed help by two other people during this experience. I do not see their names on the list (ok - I don't remember) so can't give them an excellent review! This isn't my first experience with Zender Ford. Every time I have been more than pleased by the various departments I have had to see. Great people! More
