My Fourth Escape! I was looking to replace my 2014 Escape and had thought about some other vehicles but always came back to my Escape. I had contacted other dealerships but was not pleased with the pushiness and difficult interactions I had with them. Jamie was easy to deal with. We exchanged a few emails, he knew what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. I didn't live in Spruce Grove, so I was trying to avoid driving in and doing the back and forth over pricing. We agreed on a price over emails and I went in and closed the deal. I drove home my new Escape that evening. I was very impressed with Jamie's easy going manner and willingness to answer my questions (and there were lots of them). Replaced our 10 year old Ford with another! I advised Jamie of what I was looking for and the net price I was wanting to pay with trade-in of my 2013 vehicle. Jamie took notes and sent an email to confirm his understanding of my requirements.
