Great experience finally don't have to shop for a vehicle at least for a while! Tyler Thain was a very nice young man and was pleasant and helpful and we were surprised to find out we get free oil changes fo at least for a while! Tyler Thain was a very nice young man and was pleasant and helpful and we were surprised to find out we get free oil changes for life! Western GMC Buick is the best! Curtis Jensen in finance was great too he didn't push us to finance the vehicle unlike a lot of other dealerships we negotiated a price, went to the bank and returned with a bank draft! Shopping for a new car can, as we all know be a daunting task. But as soon as we entered Western GMC we were pleasantly greeted by Nicole at reception. She turned us over to Travis in sales to work with us task. But as soon as we entered Western GMC we were pleasantly greeted by Nicole at reception. She turned us over to Travis in sales to work with us through our purchase. Travis was great to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. He made the negotiations on our new car easy and no hidden fees were added. We agreed to a purchase and then were sent to work with Curtis Jensen in finance. And to our delight Curtis was just as pleasant to work with as Travis. He took care of all the paperwork, including insurance change and registration of our new vehicle.
