My main contact was Dan Bass. His communication was great . Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly and resolved just as quickly. Dan left me feeling very comfortable at all times and never left me in the dark. I have been dealing with the dealership for over 25 years and 15 vehicles later we are still dealing. They must be doing a lot of things right! Dan is a credit to the business and makes the transaction very pleasant. Dan made these difficult times as normal as could be. Also the support staff is awesome also. I look forward to the next time I need a vehicle. More

No masks were worn! I believe that any business should wear masks…I do for your protection and staff should for my protection! My appointment was for just a recall…end I believe that any business should wear masks…I do for your protection and staff should for my protection! My appointment was for just a recall…ended up with over $1,000 for maintenance which I’m okay with however it was a surprise especially since my GMC app did not indicate any required maintenance! Buying a vehicle from Wolfe GMC was one of the best buying experiences I've had. Don was very friendly and genuinely cared about getting me in the vehicle that was right for me, not just want the deale buying experiences I've had. I appreciate the honesty and integrity Don displayed throughout the process. As I decided to place a factory order, Don went above and beyond to make sure I was informed throughout the ordering/build/shipment phases all the way until the vehicle was delivered. I also had the pleasure of working with Curtis who was great on the finance side. He sent me information about the additional protections and offerings which I reviewed ahead of time at the comfort of my home, which saved me considerable time at the dealership.
