As I decided to place a factory order, Don went above and beyond to make sure I was informed throughout the ordering/build/shipment phases all the way until the vehicle was delivered. I also had the pleasure of working with Curtis who was great on the finance side. He sent me information about the additional protections and offerings which I reviewed ahead of time at the comfort of my home, which saved me considerable time at the dealership.
