"Client experience above everything" is what I can say for Vikrant. Due to my work, I had to reschedule appointments multiple times and Vikrant accomodated my requests very professionally. My main contact was Dan Bass. His communication was great . Any issues that we had were dealt with very quickly and resolved just as quickly. Dan left me feeling very comfortable at all times and never left me in the dark. I have been dealing with the dealership for over 25 years and 15 vehicles later we are still dealing. They must be doing a lot of things right! Dan is a credit to the business and makes the transaction very pleasant. Dan made these difficult times as normal as could be. Also the support staff is awesome also. I look forward to the next time I need a vehicle. More
