The experience I had booking and getting my oil change at Western GMC was easy and quick. I tried booking an oil change where I previously had it done but found the experience frustrating. I couldn’t get at Western GMC was easy and quick. I tried booking an oil change where I previously had it done but found the experience frustrating. I couldn’t get an appointment for two weeks and I was now allowed to wait for vehicle and had to get picked up or have shuttle take me off site while oil change was being done. They could not tell me if the oil change would take an hour or all day. Thank you for keeping an oil change the same as pre pandemic. More
