New Tacoma TRD Sport Upgrade, Amazing Experience. So, I was in the market for a new vehicle since I decided to give my Toyota Matrix to my little sister. I decided I wanted to get a Toyota Tacoma TRD So, I was in the market for a new vehicle since I decided to give my Toyota Matrix to my little sister. I decided I wanted to get a Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Upgrade. I was checking out dealers in my Area, when I called Whitby Toyota. I spoke to the receptionist and asked to speak to someone in Sales and by Chance I got transferred to Gary Brown. I could of not asked for a smoother and pleasant Experience. Gary was honest and cut to the chase and we settled a deal the same day. (While I was there, he even was awarded a award for his good customer service). Couple days later, I go to pick my truck. I have dealt with a few dealerships before and I have never had such a pleasant experience. When my wife's Nissan Rogue finishes it's lease, we are coming back to Gary to make a deal for a Toyota RAV4. All in all, I would highly recommend Gary Brown and Whitby Toyota. More

Great experience at Whitby Toyota I recently got a new 2017 Toyota Corolla at Whitby Toyota, and let me tell you my experience there was amazing! The sales rep that I had the pleasure I recently got a new 2017 Toyota Corolla at Whitby Toyota, and let me tell you my experience there was amazing! The sales rep that I had the pleasure of dealing with was Andrew Ward. He was very kind and honest right from the beginning with my parents and I. Something that other dealerships were not. He sat down with us and listened to all of our concerns about finding the perfect car for me, as well as answering all of our questions. One of the biggest selling points was looking for a trade-in value for my 2005 Nissan "the red rocket." Before we had got to Whitby Toyota we actually looked at a different Toyota, where the sales reps were not so great. They said my car was worth nothing, they were swearing, and even cut my dad off while he was asking a question and voicing a concern .....needless to say not very good customer service. So when we decided to go to Whitby instead, we had told Andrew our previous experience and he was very adamant on making our experience at Whitby a good one. From our first visit to the day I picked up my car Andrew was there to answer all of my questions, my parents questions, he explained all the features in the vehicle and gave us all the inforomation we needed. Within a week from my visit at Whitby Toyota I was trading in the keys of the red rocket for the keys to a beautiful brand new 2017 Totoya Corolla LE. Before I left the dealership Andrew got into the car with me and went over all of the features again. The customer service here is deffinatly worth a 5 star rating!
