Despite the long wait for the Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid, Bandula and his manager, David Marshall, went the extra mile to locate an available vehicle for me much sooner than I expected. Their dedication and teamwork made what could have been a long and frustrating wait a smooth and pleasant experience.
