Based on my recent experience, the maintenance service at Wheaton Honda has been highly disappointing (detailed photo attached). It appears more focused on generating revenue than accurately diagnosing and resolving issues. Their parts are also noticeably more expensive compared to other dealerships. Recommendations: • Obtain a second opinion from a reputable third-party mechanic before authorizing any major maintenance or repairs at Wheaton Honda. • Do not collect your vehicle or sign off on service without a proper walkthrough with service rep. Request a detailed review of the completed work with the service representative to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed • Exercise caution when relying on the assurances from the Service Manager (warranty stage) - Ensure all service details and commitments are documented in writing. Also send an email with details to dealership and copy Honda Canada. • If problems persist after service, promptly report the issue to Honda Canada and file a formal complaint. Best of luck. More
Despite saying they have no hidden fees, which I trusted. Unfortunately they tacked on about $3000 in hidden fees. I didn’t read the bill of sale close enough as we were in a hurry. Everyone I met was friendly and polite. However, there was a failure to verbally disclose price details for options. I admit that I was not paying attention to the paperwork due to a painful injury I had experienced and the length of time the interviews took. Thus, I agreed to a number of expensive upgrades that I now regret. Then, within 25 km of leaving Wheaton in my purchased vehicle, the low tire pressure warning came on. Now I am questioning the pre-service that came with my used vehicle and I will be taking it to a trusted service for an inspection. I am so disappointed by this experience that I will be purchasing my new tires and rims from another vendor, rather than Wheaton as I originally planned. More

Sales staff was great, but from the time we signed for the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. We had written into the contract three things and only 1 was taken care of and I now the car and then left the lot with it, I was very disappointed. Then they tried to add on a couple thousand dollars to the sale, one of which was a $1000 dealership fee that was not part of the deal. They had to “call Honda direct” do remove it. Shouldn’t be there in the first place as sales said there were no other fees. Finance was very pushy for extended warranty. We should have been in and out in 30min, but it took 2.5hrs to get our car. More

Has a 1 PM appointment only to watch the car parked outside for 3 hours. They run the service Centre like a poorly managed walk in clinic where you wait for others to be done regardless of the appointm outside for 3 hours.
