Finally got my dream toy from the best team! I spent lots of time, hard times, checking dealers and drive testing aspired cars. Hard times because some sales reps look at you like your homeless. Exhausted, used the net and found Vaughan Chrysler. Sent an email to inquire a Grand Cherokee and within 3-5 min received a call from Sirous, booked an appointment and wallah!, had the most exciting, smooth and wonderful experience in a dealership. Sirous Azimi (Sales) and Mike Rebelo (Finance) patiently assisted me along the way. The unit I saw online which initially I was wishing to acquire didn't meet my satisfaction. All I can remember, when my face started to frown, was these words from Sirous: "How can I make you happy man?". Showed me the other units and finally took my breath with a granite black colored Grand Cherokee with the specs I was looking for. It was way way expensive but Sirous was able to adjust everything (he could) to meet my limit. And now, overwhelmed, words are not enough to show my gratitude to those smiling guys. Thanks also to Peter who helped me transfer my stuff. At 1:41 a.m., making this review, I can't sleep, still feeling the comfort, softness and marvelous power ride of my Grand Cherokee. Can't wait for the sun to rise for another drive ;)) More

I expected purchasing a new vehicle is supposed to be simple and easy No it's not all depends on where you go. We went to Islington Chrysler where everything was soo amazing ordered a brand new factory order Jeep Summit before we signed the papers we received many calls however once the order was processed in the waiting time of 10 weeks we never got a follow up from the dealer. The white Summit was exactly what I wanted. My husband got mad and cancelled the order because who knows what kind of service we would have once the vehicle was on the road. We then drove all the way from mississauga to Vaughan and spoke with Sirous who didn't have in stock what we wanted but was able to find us a vehicle better then what we thought would be good for us. We got a Limited special edition white for an amazing price, amazing trade in. He really tried his best to work with us to accommodate our needs. On top of it all he made everything possible by having the vehicle ready in only two days!! It was ready in two days because Sirous knew how long we waited to be in our new SUV. The staff there was very helpful Mike in finance explained in details about the warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody. Sometimes it's worth the drive for the right reasons. :) More

We dislike hard selling and the sales team here (Scott Kerr, Adam Weeks and Anthony Pelleriti) were really awesome and made our purchase an easy and great experience. They were efficient and prompt in helping us in anything we needed. They even have a "Know Your Car Night" which was really helpful and informative. The host Christine Mitchell was so knowledgeable and pleasant. We purchased the Pacifica Hybrid and with all the awesome features it came with, it was a little overwhelming but we are so grateful to Adam Weeks for being so patient and enthusiastic to teach us. His excellent customer service is one-of-a-kind, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and even after the purchase, he continues to show the same level of service. The experience here was so much different from the other dealerships we have dealt with in the past. From now on, this will be the only dealership we would like to go to not only for vehicle purchases but for all maintenance services as well. More
