The new car is being loaded on a ship in Montreal and is going north with our yearly sealift of dry goods and new furniture. It was an education process for me. As we were in the market for a new vehicle, his kindness drew us to visit them first. On our visit, it was clear that it was part of their culture to hire people like the service technician as their business model is to treat customers right in order to foster a loyal base who will bring their vehicles in for service and to repeat business when it's time to purchase another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant. I've never been so relaxed through the process of buying a car before. And I am very happy with the 2016 Kia Sorento we purchased!
