Peter is very knowledgeable and even though we had not yet decided on any particular vehicle he never rushed us and made sure we had all the information on costs, financing, options, etc before making a decision. So off we went to Turipn and lo and behold the car was ready in half an hour. Dealt with Terry at the service desk, a great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel like we mattered, unlike our dealership. We are going to buy a new Kia soon and we've already decided it will be from Turpin. Small town dealership vs big city dealership, no contest small town wins hands down. Can't buy that kind of service, it comes from the people and it shows they truly care! More

They were informed but I didn't feel pressured in any way. The new car is being loaded on a ship in Montreal and is going north with our yearly sealift of dry goods and new furniture. It was an education process for me. An honest dealer that seeks loyal customers We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department We traveled from Perth to Carleton Place to this dealership because we were helped by a friendly young gentleman who works in their service department when we broke down along side of the road (not a Kia) near Stanleyville, and he did not want anything in return for his help. As we were in the market for a new vehicle, his kindness drew us to visit them first. On our visit, it was clear that it was part of their culture to hire people like the service technician as their business model is to treat customers right in order to foster a loyal base who will bring their vehicles in for service and to repeat business when it's time to purchase another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and the experience was pleasant. I've never been so relaxed through the process of buying a car before. And I am very happy with the 2016 Kia Sorento we purchased!
