Outstanding customer experience from Andre. Our family was urgently shopping for a vehicle after our prior vehicle was lost in an accident. The 2021 Telluride was at the top of our list as a replacement was urgently shopping for a vehicle after our prior vehicle was lost in an accident. The 2021 Telluride was at the top of our list as a replacement family SUV, but due to it's current popularity all dealers in Ottawa unsympathetically informed us it would be a minimum 2-3 month wait until one arrived. As we were about to give up on finding the right Kia and looking at another brand, but a chance phone call to Andre at Turpin turned our dilemma into a problem he was determined to help our family solve. Andre immediately empathized with our urgent need a family vehicle, acknowledged the vehicle we wanted was in high demand, and no promises made he could find one but he would do his best to help (where all other dealers refused to help beyond wanting a deposit and 2-3 month wait). Andre then did the impossible and found 3 different options that could be delivered with 1 week for the car we were searching for! If you're buying a KIA in the Ottawa area, there is no other dealer as focused on customer experience and earning your business. Andre is a professional, evidently with better knowledge of KIA Canada's inventory than the larger dealers, and he truly puts the customers needs first. More
