He thoroughly explained the situation I was in and the best way for me to approach it. He could of told me to do a lot of unnecessary service items but he gave me my options and encouraged me to choose the one that was best for me not what was best to make a sale. I was blown away. He thanked me repeatedly for my patience. I was in no rush to get my car back anyways lol. More
