Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company. The salesperson who sold me the vehicle came over and advised me about recent safety upgrades on the 2017 Corolla and gave me useful, specific information for me to consider - no pressure. This dealership feels familiar, friendly and comfortable after the many years I have dealt with them. If I ever had a problem they were quick to resolve it and confirm that I was satisfied. My Highlander was outside of the warranty period however the issue was serious enough to risk engine damage and was caught just in time. Both the dealership and Toyota Canada stepped up to ensure that I continue to be happy with my vehicle.
