Fast, friendly and efficient I came in with two problems on my Corolla. Amanda and Ricardo demonstrated excellent team work to diagnose the problems (I had no idea what was wrong I came in with two problems on my Corolla. Amanda and Ricardo demonstrated excellent team work to diagnose the problems (I had no idea what was wrong) and kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. I was in and out in good time and was also informed about a factory recall that needed to be done which we scheduled at a time when their shuttle was available, I've been servicing my car here for a few years, and while the service is usually good on this occasion it was fabulous. Simply outstanding service from Rob and the service centre Arrived on schedule and was greeted with a good morning and a smile. Jason also identified that my car was in need of an alignment from their hassle free alignment machine that checks as you drive into their service department. Marwan was the person that detailed my car, and I would not have anyone else do it. He takes great pride in his work and does an outstanding job. From start to finish I was treated by very friendly staff and all my questions were handled promptly. I would recommend Jason DeFelice and the whole Toyotatown team to everyone. More
