Another Wonderful Service Appointment I had my snow tires put on today, my wheels balanced and my rear brakes changed out. I also trust Rob's advice and I appreciate the initiative he shows to have parts ordered before my appointments so that everything is ready when I show up and I don't have to make multiple trips to the service department. Rob seems to love cars and to know his stuff inside out and backwards...wouldn't trust anybody else because nobody keeps a car running as well as he does. More

Both doors on the drivers side of our 2020 Co A huge thanks to Helena Vrabec and the body repair specialist (whose name I didn't snag) at ToyotaTown. Both doors on the drivers side of our 2020 Corolla took a stone tossed by a passing truck recently. I brought the car in for assessing about 10 days ago, intending to make an appointment for repair. Instead Helena referred me to the body work specialist who made the repair on the spot. Even though damage had been minimal, we are impressed by the excellent and speedy repair. There's hardly a trace of damage! More
