First flat tire I had my first flat tire on my 2012 Tundra after 390,000 kms of highway, backroads, farm fields, snow, ice, mud, etc. It happened on an 8 hour drive a I had my first flat tire on my 2012 Tundra after 390,000 kms of highway, backroads, farm fields, snow, ice, mud, etc. It happened on an 8 hour drive and luckily I stopped at a gas station where I could do the tire change and access a pump/compressor. If Todd Servant hadn't noticed that the harness for my spare had rusted and seized last fall, I never would have been able to access the spare and would have been stuck 4 hours from home. When I finally made it home, he took the tire the very next morning and had the screw puncture repaired on warranty with no charge to me whatsoever. Fabulous! Things could have been much much worse without the attentive, dedicated service that I am afforded by Todd and the service crew at ToyotaTown. More

I needed some cooling hoses replaced due to deterioration over 8 years and the service was done in a timely fashion with attention to detail. The problem was identified on a previous visit for a scheduled oil change and the parts were ordered and installed as promised. The whole thing was quarterbacked in an expert fashion by Todd Servant. I just wish someone had actually explained what was done to my vehicle. The lady who gave me my receipt just said "you don't ow us anything, it is covered by warranty." But I'm still unsure if anything was fixed or just inspected. Otherwise great, will be returning. More
