I came to Toyotatown for a recall. I was looked after by Firis. He was very helpful and polite. He explained to me a few overdue services that should be done to maintain my vehicle and also offered me a 55 Firis. He was very helpful and polite. Before COVID when the Service Area would be milling with customers, I always saw so many people like me; men and women alike, lining up to be served by Rob. I only book appointments when Rob is there! Among his many attributes, I appreciate his suggesting what he would do in any given circumstance where I may be faced with choices on a Service visit.
