I saw the ad for a black 2015 Honda Civic and arrived three hours before my scheduled appointment. I was totally accommodated the whole way through. Test drove another vehicle and preferred the Honda. Tim listened to what I wanted and did not try to sway my opinion. My trade in and purchase price was right on budget. I only had to spend one night at a hotel as my car was ready early afternoon the next day. I enjoyed the ride home in my new pre-owned Honda and was totally satisfied with the service and timeliness.
