I found him to be very pleasant and patient as this was my first purchase of an automobile on my own ( I am a senior). Baz explained every detail about the car and the additional features that were available. Upon taking delivery, Baz went over all of the features while sitting in the automobile and answered all of my questions. I would certainly go to Baz again and would highly recommend him. Five stars in my view. More

From the time we looked at the car he never bugged us at home nor did he use pressure tactics to make the deal. Shawn introduced us to Nicole who went over different aspects that we could obtain in regards to warranties & financing. Upon picking up the car he went over the features of the car & made sure the wife was comfortable with different aspects of the car. The service department consistently encompasses the three practices most important to a customer~~efficiency ~ knowledge~ and trustworthiness. From the first moment you enter the garage to drop your vehicle, you are greeted with the staff that you have come to know over the years. The longevity of staff members itself speaks to employee loyalty. A rarity in customer service oriented businesses. The shuttle drivers are pleasant and courteous. Upon leaving, the cashiers always itemize your bill thoroughly with you should you have any questions or concerns, then off I go with a freshly washed vehicle.
