Purchase of 2017 Sienna I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Sienna. I did all the negotiations via email with Brian Komar since I live a few hours away. Given how s I had a great experience purchasing my 2017 Sienna. I did all the negotiations via email with Brian Komar since I live a few hours away. Given how scarce Siennas are these days, I believe I got a price that was very fair, the lowest I got for that matter. There were around 75 emails sent back and forth and Brian was very pleasant to deal with and responses were fast. After I finalized a deal, I walked in the dealership and received a warm welcome by Brian and Allycia (with whom I finalized the paperwork and everything else) and everything was ready to go for a quick and painless process. I was very pleased. From the moment I walked into Toyota Town I felt the energy. All the Employees, customers and sight-seers seemed enthused about being there. When Toyota Tim approached me he was friendly, but not pushy, When I told him I was interested in knowing more about the RAV4, he immediately asked me what features I was looking for in a car. After I explained what was important to me, he made a suggestion. Once he made that suggestion he explained his reasoning by pointing out, in detail, the items I had listed and how they were applied to the vehicle he suggested. He then went on to point out additional features on the more upscale models. As he mentioned each advantage I commented that either it wasn't important to me, or perhaps something to add to a future wish list. At all times it felt like he was informing me of other options, but not pushing them on me. I really appreciated that he understood that I knew what I wanted and needed. Because I was not familiar with the geographic area I requested that Tim take me for a test drive. As he drove he explained how various safety features worked, then he demonstrated them to me. Because he explained the feature and then immediately demonstrated it, I was better able to understand the feature and the advantage of it. Once I had decided to purchase the vehicle, Tim introduced me to Adel who handled the financing. Adel. Adel explained various additional options such as life and work interruption insurances, rust and appearance protection, and extended warranty. As I said yes or no we moved on. Again, Adel was informative but respected my decision. Overall, I found the Employees to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More
