Experienced a second, but 'major' issue after approx. 1 1/2 months of purchase. Dealt with Rob at the Service Desk. He is personable and understanding. After Rob discussed my problem/issue with Darrick Overholt, this more significant issue was also resolved very quickly and I can honestly say, very much to my satisfaction!!
