It’s important to mention that her search was extensive and that she test drove every make and model of vehicle on her rather lengthy list. In the end, her choice was certainly based on the excellence of the product as well as on the customer service received by salesman, Justin Maki. I was very impressed with Justin myself. My wife and I have been looking to purchase a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited. We contacted Justin to see if he could locate our vehicle of choice. We knew that finding a 2016 Highlander Limited would be a challenge, as it is quite rare out in the market. We quickly discovered that no dealership in London had one available. Justin didn’t have any in stock; however, he was willing to look for us to see if he could possibly locate one. He went above and beyond by contacting current owners to see if they were willing to trade in their 2016 for a newer model. Justin even continued looking after he was finished work for the day and he kept in contact with me to give me updates on his search. Now that’s GREAT SERVICE!!
