Striking a favourable deal with Sean was easy. He helped explain the process and the paperwork, the test drive was so informative. The car was ready when promised exactly as planned. There were a few items (as a used car this is normal) that weren’t evident to me upon delivery. Sean and Sales Manager promptly addressed and remedied my concerns (just a few tiny dents was all). The follow up has been very good on both Sean’s and the Dealerships part. I feel so confident I made the right choice in choosing ToyotaTown and Sean O’Grady.
