Helped through tough times Ken was instrumental in my purchase of my first car in 2016. He was super helpful both in person and over email to help me find the car I was looking Ken was instrumental in my purchase of my first car in 2016. He was super helpful both in person and over email to help me find the car I was looking for, and in my price range. After an accident this year, I went back to Ken who helped me through the process of finding a new car in a short time frame, and again in my price point. The bonus was getting a new car with perks that weren't available on my first model! I love the Toyota Yaris, and Ken made me feel at ease and comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. Nicole was the Financial Manager assigned to my new car purchase this time and she was so kind and helpful with the process. It was a very stressful time dealing with ending the old lease, and starting the new one, and she kept me very level and calm while taking care of every detail with me, and with Toyota Financial. I didn't think I would be leasing a new car after only a year and a half, but working with Ken both times, in two very different circumstances, was wonderful. Nicole also went above and beyond.
