Great First Experience with Fantastic Service For me, this was my first time ever buying a car. I was initially under a lot of stress because I had 0 experience, and on top of that I didn't know what to look for in used cars as well, which was what I was aiming for. We called about specific used cars, and we just happened to have Chad on board right off the bat. We made the effort into driving from Windsor to London to have a look at the cars, and Chad gave great service throughout the whole experience. He was very pleasant, patient with my decision-making time, and did not hesitate to give me more information when asked. In the end, I came out with a great car for a great price! I was very happy with the experience, and on top of that I was very grateful for Chad and Liliana for making my experience comfortable and feeling like I made the right choice. I highly recommend going to this dealership if you are able to. More

He took his time, was very professional and his expertise helped us in making our decisions. We recently had the opportunity to trade in our leased vehicle and purchase or lease a new one. We asked for Kevin Swan who took such good care of us before and he didn't disappoint. He works hard for his customers and after meeting with him again, we purchased our new 2018 Rav4 SE on April 30, 2018. Jan 2018 - Jen in the Parts Department was excellent in finding the right snow tires for my vehicle and assisting with the rear light purchase. 2012/2013 - Sean Cragg was the best Financial Services Manager. He went above and beyond to help me understand the financing of my vehicle. His financial background was an asset in helping me understand what I was purchasing and what to expect in the multiple piles of paperwork he was so diligently filling out. Advice me of what’s best for my interests, and answered all my many many questions just because it was my first time leasing a brand new Toyota. He delivered all promises on time, had all the paperwork organized and ready . Now came the best time of this experience, it’s when he handed me my new keys for my beautiful RAV4.
