Big Dealership. Professional and great value I had decided on a specific car weeks ago and began searching for a used 2016 Rav4 with kilometers and months left on the original warranty. I checked with several dealerships and a few 3rd party dealers, test drove a few and made a couple of offers, none of which were accepted - UNTIL I visited ToyotaTown. They had two Toyota-certified, used Rav4's. I test drove them both, spoke at length with their salesman (Kevin S.) who had answers to all my questions. And then, when it came to negotiations, Kevin had obviously listened very closely to what was important to me. I got more than I was hoping for. The dealership also has additional benefits when it comes to buying a car there, none of which I was offered at any other dealer. So... ToyotaTown had the product, had a sales person who knew what he was talking about, had the prices and additional benefits... It was an easy decision for me. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Browsing I went into Toyota Town just to browse some of the cars I had seen advertised. I was lucky enough to get some help from Millad. Millad was really friendly and genuinely cared about listening to me and what I was looking for. He was quite knowledgeable about the different features on various different models that I was thinking about. He was patient and answered all the numerous questions I had about new vs used and so on. He took the time to answer every question and go above and beyond to make sure I completely understood what he was telling me about. He even took the time to show me comparison sheets between buying new vs buying used. Millad made my first visit to Toyota Town an amazing one!
