I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to s Honestly, my first experience with ToyotaTown wasn't the best. I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to see if they could offer me a shuttle service. The sale person I spoke to over the phone wasn't so professional nor being accommodating. It was more like if you take a taxi here and buy a car, then I will give you a ride home. I did remember the person's name and finally had a chance to go there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, he was my sales person at the store. I liked a car, but I didn't appreciate his attitude nor his customer service. I just rushed back home as I felt awful after that experience at ToyotaTown. I decided to give a call to his manager, Jackie Vera to explain the whole situation. She listened my entire story and first apologized for his behavior. She was very understanding and accommodating. I could feel that they are here for customer service to meet the customers' needs and satisfaction not just to sell cars. She gave her direct work cell phone number so that I could do the transaction directly with her. She was very helpful even when it was her day off. If you go to the store, you will see her walking around everywhere being busy, yet she will do her best to answer you and meet your needs/satisfaction. She did not only make sure I chose the right car and I was happy about it but also followed up to see how I like the car. She just wow-ed me. I went to so many dealerships, but haven't met a manager who's so caring and considerate. I am very happy with my purchase and confident that my next car purchase will happen at ToyotaTown again. The staff are very helpful especially Shawn Longworth, he helped me a lot in getting my car without any problems, as on the day of my receiving the car, everything was prepared as required, just handing over the car key to me. He explained even how to deal with and set up the car accessories and devices. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He really cared me and my requirement in the new Camry he worked hard to get everything on time. I recommended Toyota Town for my friends, due to the quality, the easy in dealing with staff and more care i found especially Shawn Longworth. . I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
