Amanda Krugg very patiently and clearly explained how the car would be serviced with special attention to previous recommendations and testing requirements. She went to exceptional lengths to ensure that the extra work could be done in the timeframe that was needed. She carefully reviewed the car's history and with her colleague Ricardo and showed us how some repairs would be done. At no time did we feel rushed, although we took up more time than usual. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I had a good understanding of why this work was necessary. I feel that the attention to my individual needs was excellent. I really appreciated Amanda's efficient management of the visit and her personal approach. More
