I purchased a new Toyota Corolla in Nov 2017 and brought it in to the Service Centre Dec 2017 to switch over to my winter tires. Even before I came in for my appointment I spoke with Helena over the phone to schedule my appt and requirements for the new tires. She was SUPER FRIENDLY, and was very helpful to me. I was happy to meet her when I arrived and she was just as friendly in person as she was on the phone. The garage can be an intimidating place if you don't know what you're doing but I felt I was being taken care of. She even personally went into the cafe to find me when the shuttle service had arrived to take me to work. I hope to see Helena in my future visits. Thanks Helena for your friendly face, and knowledge about tire sizes, types, rims, etc. You're a GEM! More

Andre in the financial department I have dealt with in the past and he also was so kind. Another big shout out - we had my 7 month old baby and everyone was awesome with her! It was a big plus especially when it came to feeding time and I didn't get shuttled to the bathroom. For a breastfeeding mom that is a big deal! A+ ToyotaTown! More
