Amanda did a great job. Had my car in for repair work. Someone had messed up and forgot to order the part needed. I lost my s#%t. I had the strangest situation happen to my vehicle, and I was very pleased with the help I received from Robert Dako a Service Advisor at ToyotaTown. From the time I phoned in to ask questions to when my car was returned to me, he was pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. He kept me in the loop at every turn while my car was in the shop and while they were trying to determine what was wrong! I am happy to say the problem was found and fixed very quickly.
