Low pressure sales team We were in the market for a new vehicle and had finally decided on a Highlander as the vehicle of choice. We shopped around at the other Toyota dealerships in the city which were actually less than helpful and never returned our calls. The staff at Toyota Town were professional and willing to help, did not push any vehicle on us, did not use pressure sales tactics, and seemed to have our best interest in mind. Our sales man, Geordie, took time to allow us to test drive a used and a new Highlander. He explained all the options available in the vehicle but never did he pressure us into buying. The best parts of the entire purchasing experience: great salesman, no pressure sales, got the vehicle we wanted, the kids loved the complimentary chocolate milks, and of course the ringing of the Gong topped it all off. More

Amazing Experience at ToyotaTown Honestly, my first experience with ToyotaTown wasn't the best. I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to s Honestly, my first experience with ToyotaTown wasn't the best. I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to see if they could offer me a shuttle service. The sale person I spoke to over the phone wasn't so professional nor being accommodating. It was more like if you take a taxi here and buy a car, then I will give you a ride home. I did remember the person's name and finally had a chance to go there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, he was my sales person at the store. I liked a car, but I didn't appreciate his attitude nor his customer service. I just rushed back home as I felt awful after that experience at ToyotaTown. I decided to give a call to his manager, Jackie Vera to explain the whole situation. She listened my entire story and first apologized for his behavior. She was very understanding and accommodating. I could feel that they are here for customer service to meet the customers' needs and satisfaction not just to sell cars. She gave her direct work cell phone number so that I could do the transaction directly with her. She was very helpful even when it was her day off. If you go to the store, you will see her walking around everywhere being busy, yet she will do her best to answer you and meet your needs/satisfaction. She did not only make sure I chose the right car and I was happy about it but also followed up to see how I like the car. She just wow-ed me. I went to so many dealerships, but haven't met a manager who's so caring and considerate. I am very happy with my purchase and confident that my next car purchase will happen at ToyotaTown again.
