EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehic We have two Toyota vehicles, both are serviced by Toyota Town and earlier this year we decided it was time to replace our Sienna. Before I buy a vehicle I do lots of research to see what the experts and the average person say about the vehicles that I am considering, and then I usually visit a few dealerships to look over the vehicles and ask questions. After checking out a couple other dealerships I went to Toyota Town where I was introduced to Kevin Swan. Kevin sat down with me and we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and he asked lots of questions and he showed me several new vehicles that I was interested in and answered all my questions. I returned a few days later with my wife and we test drove a vehicle that we liked but we found the back seat of the vehicle we test drove was just a bit small to fit our three grown daughters. I had mentioned to Kevin in our first meeting that we kept our Toyota's for a long time so Kevin asked if we would be interested in a slightly used Highlander with low mileage that had been sold and serviced by Toyota Town. We were interested but I was concerned that the 2013 Highlander Limited might be priced over our budget. Kevin showed us the vehicle and we took it for a ride and we were hooked. We worked out a deal that was within our budget and Kevin assured us that after Toyota Town's Detailers were finished with it, the vehicle would look like new. I arrived to pick-up the vehicle a few days later and the vehicle was out front, full of fuel, shining from top to bottom and spotless inside and out. It is so refreshing to have a dealership care enough about customer service to go above and beyond what even I expected. In the end we spent less money than we planned and got a vehicle that better suited our needs. We look forward to many years with the Highlander Limited and we are very grateful for the wonderful purchasing experience provided by Kevin and the Toyota Town team. Chris C, London Ontario More

Before being introduced to William, I have been from one dealership to another looking for not just the perfect car, but also an employee that wants best for me and my needs. Truthfully, I was going to purchase another vehicle until I spoke to William on the phone. He was full of knowledge and truly seemed to care for my needs. That made it easy for me to book an appointment to view some vehicles. From that point on it was history. He helped me get not only my first car, but the PERFECT car for me and I'm very greatful for the service that he provided me. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. The next week I returned for an oil change and he was still smiling at his desk helping people. Super Sales experience I walked into the dealership without any idea what vehicle I was interested in. I knew I wanted a Toyota because of their reliability, but needed to g I walked into the dealership without any idea what vehicle I was interested in. I knew I wanted a Toyota because of their reliability, but needed to get a closer look at every model. Along came Frank my salesman who was awesome at walking me through the pros and cons of each model. After a couple test drives, I settled on a Camry XSE V6. With zero pressure Frank helped me through the sales portion of the visit and we agreed on a deal. The entire experience was comfortable and fair. I was then sent to the business office where Nicole walked me through the "extras". I opt'd out but again no aggressive pressure. On pickup day everything was good. My only frustration was the car was not equipped with the car starter as discussed even though they had the vehicle on the Monday and this was now Friday eve. The starter apparently wasn't ordered in time and arrived the day of my pickup. I don't know why they didn't set aside the 2 hours for installation so my vehicle was all ready for my pickup. Now I need to return to get this done, slightly frustrating. Not the best start. Lets hope the rest of my experience is good and doesn't negatively overshadow Franks great work during the inital stages. More
