Mr. Longworth is not trustworthy, does not take any ownership, asking him for anything is like pulling teeth, he drag his feet and lies about anything. He is a typical salesman of a chip car dealership. On the other side Mr. Longworth will answer emails at crazy hours. Responses to the Survey Customer Service: 1 star since there is no zero star option Shawn Longworth 1 star since there is no zero star option Stephanie Davis 2 stars since she does not empathize with customers and does not feel their pain when dealing with poor performers Quality of Work 3 stars since the car was OK but documents delivered were no acceptable Friendliness 1 star since he smiles at customers but takes them for fools Price 2 Since compared with "Canadian Red Book" their price is way too high Will I recommend this dealership? ABSOLUTELY, 100% NOT! To sum up my experience with Toyota Town let's say that I have removed their Toyota Town license plate covers from my car. BTW, I was asked by Mr. Longworth to give him 5 stars on every response and write nice comments in the survey. LOL, More

Amazing Before going back to Toyota town, i had visited another dealership (North London Toyota). I won't bore you with the details of that visit, but i was n Before going back to Toyota town, i had visited another dealership (North London Toyota). I won't bore you with the details of that visit, but i was not impressed with their customer service or service in general. So when i went to Toyota Town, my expectations were somewhat low. However i am glad to say i was presently surprised when i arrived. I was greeted and asked if i need anything while i waited for a sales person. In comes Brian Williams, Brain introduced himself and off we proceeded to his office. He asked me what "i was looking for". I was happy because instead of going into what he could offer me, he wanted to know what i wanted. He asked all the information clearly and in a language that was simple for me as the customer who is not familiar with all the car techy terms could understand. He then proceeded to appraising my car and explained all the incentives that were available and in line with what i wanted. The best way to explain Brian's sales approach is he a conversational sales person instead of the pushy sales person. Toyota Town is truly lucky to have Brian as one of it's employee, he was a pleasure to work with and will definitely be recommending any of my friends and family to speak with Brian if they are ever in a market for a car. Thank you Brian for being Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and a people person. I can honestly say Brian was the reason i decided to purchase my RV4. More

He commented that he just wanted to make sure that Toyota town customers are looked after and happy. He would not take anything for helping me just wanted to make sure I was looked after and back on the road. He is a very kind and nice person who you should be very happy to have someone of this caliber and mindset working for you. I work in an industry that customer service is very important and I believe Mike went above and beyond in order to help. I was very appreciative of this help and it was a pleasure meeting him. I chose a 2015 Yaris and Brian was prompt on the delivery date, helped me on the trade in for my old car and made sure I received information on the financing..
