The only constructive feedback that I have is about customer parking. You need more so we don’t have to drive around trying to park so we can buy a car. More

Baz asked what I was looking for and gave me some recommendations. Upon selecting a car and test driving it, I wasn't very happy with the way it drove. Baz had no problem finding me what I was looking for based on my experience driving the first car. He gave me the keys to the 2014 Toyota Corolla and it was the perfect fit for me! Everyone at Toyota-Town was extremely kind and helpful, when I told them this was a first car purchase for me they immediately knew to go over all the things I should know about when buying a car whether it was from Toyota or not. They gave me the information about my car and went through all the specs, this is what sold me on the car because I felt like I knew what I was buying. Nicole Levasseur was exceptional in providing me the know-alls with insurance and she took care of me. She listened to my concern about my vehicle, and said that they would be able to look at it in the morning, she just wasn't sure when. I was pleased with that, especially since I didn't have an appt. I just waited inside, and in about an hour and a half, she came back and told me it was all done, and they took a good look to see if they could see anything else. I was most impressed and very pleased. I even received a discount with my discount card. Thanks Amanda for doing such a great job! I appreciated everything that you did:)) More

The service department is excellent and very knowledgeable. Any issues I had with my vehicles were dealt with professionally and skillfully. I just retired my 20 year old 4Runner. The service department of Toyota Town looked after it since the day I purchased it at the dealership. Many times I would have strangers comment how amazing my old truck looked.
