Even though we told him up front we were not planning to buy that day or even that month. We were only looking for information, options and prices. We did not at any time feel pressure to buy before we had done all our research. Justin took the time to find the correct vehicle that would be a good fit for us. He also thoroughly answered all our questions and concerns. He provided information useful to us and options that we hadn't even considered to help with search for the correct vehicle. I can honestly say our visit was one of the most relaxed, positive and informative experiences we have had. A very welcome change from the high pressure sales tactics some dealers utilize. A nice bonus was the manager came to meet us to offer any assistance she could, to help with our decision. This really told us they have a great care for thier clients. We will definitely be returning to Toyota to see Justin in the future when we are ready to buy. More
