I don't appreciate being pressured and he never put any pressure on me to buy on the first appointment. That's one of the reasons that I purchased from him the next day. The financing appointment with Andre de Coning was a pleasure and I felt that he sincerely had my best interests in mind. The delivery of my vehicle was moved ahead to better suit me and Shawn showed me all the bells and whistles before I drove away. He even connected my blue tooth for me. Andre came out of his office to shake my hand and wish me well. I felt spoiled and special. This is my 4th Toyota but it won't be my last. More

I felt like Justin really wanted to earn my business and was a huge part of my final decision to buy from Toyota and to purchase my new Tacoma. All of my questions, concerns and requests were met honestly throughout the process. My dealings with Nicole Levasseur the financial Manager were top notch. She was easy to speak with, she explained things thoroughly and without any “financial xxxxxxxx”. Dealing with Tomasz Kisiel with the delivery process of my new truck went smoothly and painlessly. He was easy to talk with and made me feel excited and comfortable in my brand new truck. He set-up my radio and bluetooth and showed me how to work some of my media apps. His sense of humour was a good mix for what could've been a stressful experience. I am happy with my purchase and I know I will be taken care of moving forward with Toyota Town and my sweet Toyota Tacoma. Great Experience At Toyota Town I was in at ToyotaTown a few months back looking at purchasing 2017 Toyota Sienna. My wife had just given birth to our first and we wanted to purchase I was in at ToyotaTown a few months back looking at purchasing 2017 Toyota Sienna. My wife had just given birth to our first and we wanted to purchase a vehicle that was going to last us forever and be the perfect family vehicle. Given the features that we wanted we soon realized that the Sienna was going to be a little out of our budget. Sean O'Grady the sale person we were speaking with listen very well and understood our situation. What he sugested was the we look at a leasing a RAV4 SE instead of a finance a Sienna SE. He recognized that we would not need the space of the Sienna until our family grows a little bigger which wouldn't be for a few years. My wife and I love our RAV4 as it has all the features and space we need for now and fits in below the budget we set. I am very grateful that Sean was such an affective advisor that listen intently and recognized our needs. We love our new RAV4 and look forward to the next few years in our first family vehicle. We will certainly be seeing Sean again for our second. Thanks again Sean! Happy Family! More

Exceptional employee! I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and i I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and it would have taken her 3 times as long to go there on the bus (at night), than to drive (65 minutes + waiting time and transfer time VS 20 minutes by car). Helena really worked for me and got our car done in good time. She was friendly and made the emergency service experience OK! More
