Unfortunately, we were involved in a high speed collision when the other d This was our 2nd RAV in 3 months. We bought a 2016 from Toyota Town in Aug. Unfortunately, we were involved in a high speed collision when the other driver ran a stop sign in an 80 zone. My son and I walked away and we believe the RAV’’s safety features saved our lives. It did exactly what it was designed to do. We were impressed enough that we returned for another one and that is when we met Chad Marques. Chad is very knowledgeable and explained how the newer RAV’s have improved in safety with features such as radar scanning and lane wandering warning. Also, he was instrumental in helping us have our 2016 appraised for insurance claim purposes. All in all, it was a great purchase experience and we are very happy with our 2018 RAV. Thanks Chad.
