Chad need to review how to speak to prospective customers I was very disappointed with Chad who I spoke to when I was inquiring about your 2014 Sienna recently for sale.. Chad was condescending and flipping I was very disappointed with Chad who I spoke to when I was inquiring about your 2014 Sienna recently for sale.. Chad was condescending and flipping rude with me. He suggested that I wanted to play a sporting game when I wanted to understand the pricing policy and or the negotiating practices of the dealership. He suggested that my 2008 Sienna may be worth less than $300.00. Not a good marketing ploy. I have waited 7 days to cool off , but I haven't. Thanks Chad for suggesting I use Kijiji. You are a poor representative for your employer. To the owners of Toyota town please provide him some additional salesmanship education. More

Sean O'Grady enjoys a good challenge! I have to admit I was not a nice or polite customer when I showed up at ToyotaTown I had dealt with to many pushy,rude salesman and I was at the end o I have to admit I was not a nice or polite customer when I showed up at ToyotaTown I had dealt with to many pushy,rude salesman and I was at the end of my rope! Than I met Sean and he turned things around for me! I told him I wanted an SUV and the features it HAD to have and my price range. He called me a week or so later and told me he found it. He was right, it was perfect! It does not end there he took endless phone calls and text messages from me at night, on his days off, even after I paid for it and drove it for 2 week he still took time to answer questions for me.
