When we arrived at Toyotatown , Gwen had the vehicle ready for our test drive and then went with us and explained many of the features of the Sienna. The whole process of buying this vehicle went smoothly with full disclosure of the pricing and no surprises. When we inquired about winter tires, Gwen immediately found Scott Howe, and even though he was very busy, took the time to answers to our questions. Scott got back to us the next day with a very competitive price on snow tires and wheels. We appreciated Gwen’s enthusiasm and it is very obvious that she loves what she is doing.
