Best Buying Experience Ever My wife and I have lived in several different locations in Ontario and have purchased many new vehicles since 1973. In those 46 years we've bought a lot of different makes and models and have seen the "good" and "less than good" dealers and salespeople. Our 2019 RAV4 Trail is the first vehicle we've purchased since moving to London. Based on the reviews we'd read about ToyotaTown we expected a positive experience and we were not disappointed. Our salesperson was Shawn Longworth. From the moment we met him we were impressed with his friendliness, product knowledge and low pressure approach. But most of all, it was his unbridled enthusiasm we noticed. It was like he was buying that RAV4 for himself and wanted everything to be perfect. We had narrowed our choices down to the Limited and the Trail models. Shawn spent a lot of time with us sitting in the demonstrators and explaining all the features. Due to our time constraints that day, we passed on a test drive but returned a few days later to go for a drive with Shawn. We were sold on the Trail model. We picked our colour, a few add-ons (which were not pushed on us, we requested them) and were ready to sign with one further request. Due to some unanticipated personal circumstances we needed the new RAV within a very short time frame. ToyotaTown didn't have the exact vehicle we wanted in stock and it would normally take several weeks for one to be built and delivered. We doubted that things would work out as we hoped but Shawn said "Let me see what I can do." This was on a Saturday. On Monday he phoned to say that he had "arranged it". Our vehicle would be on the assembly line 2 days later on Wednesday. We found that incredible. Shawn's determination to meet all our requirements, by whatever magic he used, was amazing. If we could give him more than the 5 stars, we would. From our experience, ToyotaTown is a bright, happy, enthusiastic place. Everyone we met there was competent, professional and had a welcoming attitude. Special kudos to Jen and Jason in Parts for getting the winter tires and wheels we needed rushed in, to Andre for arranging the extras and to Service for having our new RAV ready for us so quickly. More

( This has happened twice at other dealerships ) He answered all our questions..was very knowledgeable! And super patient with us. He introduced us to Nicole who was equally amazing! We were chatting while we waited for things to go through. We had so much in common. We felt like she was an old friend. When everything was done she gave us a hug and welcomed us to the Toyota family! And we certainly feel like we are part of that family. We have been to quite a few dealerships but Toyota is honestly the best we have ever dealt with. We never thought we could afford a Toyota but we were really surprised how great the price was! To the financing with Nicole Levasseur; she was helped me wade through the additional warranties and protections that were right for me. To the delivery with Chad Marques; he had all the paperwork ready to go, demonstrated my CHR features and accessories and had me ready to roll in no time. Thank you Toyota Town...I love my new CHR!
