We originally had 2 vehicles in mind and Shawn gave us his input to make the best decision for our family. He was right! Being an hour away a lot of the details were worked out over email and Shawn was always very quick to respond which was much appreciated!!! When we came into the dealership we had a couple of our children with us and Shawn was very patient with them and they enjoyed the dealership and the “restaurant!” Would recommend ToyotaTown and Shawn to anyone. My experience at Toyota Town was excellent I had just visited Toyota Town this morning on April 27 2019 At around 7:45. I had just visited to change my oil, exchange my tires and to have a quic I had just visited Toyota Town this morning on April 27 2019 At around 7:45. I had just visited to change my oil, exchange my tires and to have a quick checkup. I came into the store and i was helped by MJ Rizkalla. He was very kind and welcoming and could help me with everything i needed. He explained everything very clearly. He explained everything very well and understood what was going to be done on my car. My car came back in amazing condition and i was satisfied of how it returned to me.
