Firis explains very clearly what services will be performed on my vehicle, how much the work is expected to cost and how long I should be willing to wait. What I really like about Firis is that he will let me know how things are going with my SUV and if any delays or additional work needs to be done. Firis has a very pleasant personality and I like dealing with him. I have seen him help out his colleagues when they needed assistance so I believe him to be a TEAM PLAYER.
