Awesome Last Minute Service I noticed the night before that both my headlights were not working. I called in the next day and Service was able to get me in the afternoon. As soon as I got there, Peter helped me right away and was able to resolve the problem. I was done within an hour, and was not charged because I had been there a few weeks prior due to a similar issue. Great Service and team work I started very lightly looking at new vehicles and met with a sales person and test drove several vehicles. When my original sales person was not available because I had not made an appointment, another sales person stepped in to help, again with no pressure. The day that my new Highlander was ready for delivery my original sales person (Justin Maki) was unavailable due to illness. I was very impressed with how well his colleague (OV Khalili) stepped in to provide for a smooth delivery. Dealing with Rita Dalal for the financial services end of things was very pleasant as well. I've dealt with ToyotaTown since buying my 2009RAV and have been very happy with their people and their service. More

Very busy. Oil change becomes all fluids changed The service area was overly busy due to snow tires being taken off and I waited close to 10 minutes for a service advisor. Usually that wait is zero t The service area was overly busy due to snow tires being taken off and I waited close to 10 minutes for a service advisor. Usually that wait is zero to 1 minute. I heard from a worker that the snow tire process makes them extra busy twice a year for over a month each time. In the autumn Toyotatown had offered evening tire appointments but they didn't offer that this spring. I wish they had. As for my oil change, there were no records for the other fluids being changed according to the maintenance schedule, which surprised me, but I didn't know for sure so I also ended up with new brake and transmission fluid. There was also a lineup to pay, with only 1 or 2 cashiers, so that was not fun either. They really need to have more cashiers. I saw one lady really surprised she had to wait in line to pay. The only bright moments were the shuttle drivers, who were personable. More
