another stellar service experience I serviced my 2012 tundra with Todd Servant at Toyotatown, as usual again this week. I have over 350,000 kms of rough driving, lots of hauling, huntin I serviced my 2012 tundra with Todd Servant at Toyotatown, as usual again this week. I have over 350,000 kms of rough driving, lots of hauling, hunting, building, etc. My brakes were vibrating, my shifter was sticking and I needed an oil change. When I got it back I marvelled at how it drove like new. The brakes were 100%, the shifting was crisp and smooth and the truck felt ready for another 8,000 kms of hard work. It is always the case that the service staff perform above and beyond all expectations. Thank you Todd and the team at Toyotatown. You are helping me reach the goal of 1,000,000 kms. More

Even with the knowledge I had no intention to immediately buy a vehicle, Mr. Hock was attentive, courteous, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Mr. Hock is very knowledgeable about Toyota products and had no problems answering any questions I had. Geordie was honest and offered helpful suggestions and advice throughout the purchase process. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase I was not comfortable with. I originally planned on only test driving a vehicle my local dealer did not stock and then ordering through them. However, I was so pleased with the service Mr Hock provided I decided to purchase my vehicle at Toyota Town.
