I also trust Rob's advice and I appreciate the initiative he shows to have parts ordered before my appointments so that everything is ready when I show up and I don't have to make multiple trips to the service department. Rob seems to love cars and to know his stuff inside out and backwards...wouldn't trust anybody else because nobody keeps a car running as well as he does. More
