Todd & Joe are AMAZING I came in today Nov 12 2019 - I could not see out the driver side windshield due to the fact that my windshield nozzle was not letting anything out - I came in today Nov 12 2019 - I could not see out the driver side windshield due to the fact that my windshield nozzle was not letting anything out - Todd and Joe got to work on it right away! Informed me of the problem - covered under warranty and on my way in and out in 20 minutes! I was beyond impressed with how fast and tentative they were to me! Because trust me I was pissed not being able to see and been waiting forever to get the car in, so instead of waiting for a call back I drove into London to see if and could they help me and book my oil change! They could have told me to come back and book an appointment but they got right to it and diagnosed and fixed the problem, because seeing out your windshield is a safety concern :) These two especially Todd went above and beyond and apologized and to me that makes me a proud Toyota owner and will keep coming back! Todd even took the time to explain some of my extended warranty pkg to me which helped too, when you buy a car so much stuff is thrown at you that night, here sign here oh this is this and this is that and can be alot at ya! So THANK YOU again to Todd and Joe - I may have to request only to see them in the future :) More
