Had the opportunity to bring my Tacoma in for a major servicing. Firis Shirif, was very courteous, polite and most importantly, Professional. No matter how busy she is, she’ll take the time to make sure that everything is ok with my truck. Like Firis Sharif and Joe Moniz, Chelsea Wakefield is friendly and professional and above all, there for me! Joe Moniz has assisted me greatly! No matter how busy he is, he’ll come out and talk to me and answer questions about my truck. He does the work on my Taco and is very knowledgeable and professional! Thanks, Guys for all that you do!! Takes the worry out While their lounge chairs are soft, clean and comfortable, they are too low for seniors/handicapped to get out of and should be replaced. He did not know much about the Nissan but he took the time to look through the owners manual to find answers to my questions. Which I thought was impressive. Very nice of him to show me how to work a few things and he also set up my phone for me! We did have a slight hiccup with tires that he dealt with very fast and efficiently!
